INCUBATION SERVICES
From starting and scaling for success in global markets, vidAI’s supports comprehensively cover the early entrepreneurial journey and help you script a notable success story. The customized incubation services are open to full-time, budding Start-up entrepreneurs who are working towards commercializing an innovative technology. We address the pertinent issues of early stage start-ups, such as ‘when and how’ of attracting investment, scaling internationally and being visible to the right talent. The period of incubation is usually 12 to 24 months; however, it is finally decided, on a case to case manner, based on the stage of Venture development and the sector. vidAI’s Incubation team is always ready to walk you through the Venture Incubation process. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, all through the year.
By being a registered incubatee of vidAI, each registered start-up is eligible for weekly office hours with the core incubation team for setting individualized start-up milestones, customized venture strengthening inputs in strategy, business model fine-tuning, technology fine-tuning etc, based on the specific requirements of each venture. KNOWLEDGE SHARE SESSIONS, EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS
vidAI is dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial talent in the country. To support this goal, we run a wide range of training courses, events and competitions which are open to members of the incubate community at vidAI. Incubatees are also invited to events held at TREC-STEP, Trichy. These range from one-off talks to regular networking events with the industry. Aspiring budding entrepreneurs are also encouraged to join these events.
We periodically host specific workshops to cover “tactical” issues and on the fundamentals of turning your idea into a venture and will always encourage you to engage with the incubation team, visiting entrepreneurs and to come to our space. If you’re interested in a workshop topic, we encourage you to sign up. It will be a great way to learn, as well as connect with potential team members, partners and experts. You’ll be amazed to see the insights and connects you garner when you come here regularly so that you can test your ideas and pursue those that appear worthwhile.

Meeting seed fund managers of vidAI, pitching to business angels, networking with venture capitalists, nurturing corporate partnerships or applying for government grants can seriously drain the time and energy of a growing start-up. Being prepared and equipped with the right knowledge is key so we will help you understand what you need to know, such as

STRATEGIC MENTOR CONNECTS
vidAI’s Mentoring could be both peer-based mentoring as well as with industry-specific coaches, for members of the founding team. Over 40 entrepreneurs and experts are actively engaged in providing help in understanding intricacies in core venture development, finance, legal and subject-matter expertise. In these carefully planned one-on-one meetings, investors, product designers, legal guides, serial entrepreneurs, etc share their insights, experiences, and advice, in order to help start-ups progress further, faster.
The periodic sessions could provide valuable feedback regarding going to market strategies, potential customers, investment, and industry connects. The start-up can figure out what they don’t know and should factor in time and support, to improve upon. Mentors provide creative and actionable advice on how to capitalize on the opportunities and move your ventures forward.
